Focusing on the technology and process innovation of resilient vinyl flooring in research and development, we have established the Laboratory for High Polymer Composite Home Furnishing Materials. This large and sophisticated R&D platform furthers our technological competitiveness. On June 1, 2020, we inaugurated the Research Center for High Polymer Construction Materials, which oversees our Technical Department and the R&D Department under our general manager.
To establish a top-notch R&D center, the ongoing construction of the R&D headquarters building will feature a testing laboratory that the IEC17025 standards, along with purchasing advanced equipment such as environment circulation boxes and testers. Since early 2020, we have employed interdisciplinary professionals in high polymer materials and engineering plastics to support our market research, formula design, process upgrade, product testing, performance evaluation, and improvement. After the completion of the project, our commitment to the strict production standards and the diverse needs of customers will further enhance our core competitiveness to guarantee the company’s sustainable development.
After years of development and experience gathering, we have formed an efficient and stable team dedicated to resilient vinyl flooring design and development. With expertise and abundant experience in industrial applications, the team has supported the company in sustainable technical innovation and product upgrades. Using raising technicians’ education and evaluating performance, the management team of the R&D team stimulates team members’ enthusiasm and creativity and stabilizes the core technical team.
By December 31, 2019, we had 22 patents, including six patented inventions. Our company was one ofthe essential drafters of the national standards of Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride Flooring (GB/T34440-2017) and Semirigid Polyvinyl Chloride Floor Tiles (GB/T4085-2005) and industrial standards of Semirigid Polyvinyl Chloride Click-lock Flooring and RESILIENT Flooring for Children’s Playgrounds.
Our production methods, including the PE laminating technique, slotting waste briquetting technique, automatic dosing, and mixing system, and automatic stamping press optimized positioning technique, are at the forefront of the industry. Our workshop has been certified as “theintelligent model workshop of Jiangsu Province” byJiangsu's Industry and Information Technology Department.
In 2005, we developed Grip Strip floating flooring, an innovative product in the industry, with our exclusive patented technique. Made with our exclusive composite staggered splicing process, the product is characterized by easy installation, enabling users to do DIY flooring without a professional construction team. The product is well-received in DIY markets in Europe and America, where the labor cost is high.
